Rye Football Club’s senior team couldn’t give Matt McIndoe the right result to celebrate his 150th game for Rye.
Rye was comprehensively defeated by Frankston Bombers on a cold, wet winter day at Baxter Park in Frankston South. Frankston kicked out to an early lead in the first few minutes of the game and Rye were never in the chase. With 35 scoring shots to 15, had Frankston kicked straight, the score would have been even more embarrassing.
