The annual grudge match between the dad’s footy teams from each of Brighton Primary School and Brighton Beach Primary School was played at Brighton Grammar School on Sunday 30 August 2015. I can happily report that no ambulances were called, but it is likely that half of Melbourne’s physiotherapists will be in business for the next 4 to 6 weeks.

Brighton Primary School (BPS) launched a come-from-behind attack in the third quarter, with BPS running out victors over Brighton Beach Primary (BBPS) – final scores BPS 7-15-57 def BBPS 5-11-41 (and yes, straight kicking was not a feature on a cold and windy Melbourne winter day!).
